We want our members to be 100% happy with the product received.
Some items are NON-RETURNABLE for safety reasons. These include: Firearms, Ammunition, and Food Items.
If you receive a firearm and there is anything wrong, STOP - Do not complete the transfer at your FFL until you have spoken with a representative. We may be able to take the firearm on return, or fix the issue for you. Once the firearm has been transferred to you, we are no longer able to accept it as a return. Please check all restrictions, members are responsible for verifying before ordering.
How long do I have to return my item(s)?
Big Daddy Unlimited has a 30 day Return Policy, from the date the item(s) shipped to you. Items must be returned unopened, in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
How do I return an item?
Send an email to: [email protected] and include the following information:
- Order Number
- Item(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- How you would like to receive your refund.
We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for your return!
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow ten days for processing of returns.
What refund options do I have?
We can issue a refund to your original payment card. We generally do not process exchanges, as the replacement item may be out of stock or shipped from a different warehouse than the original shipment.
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Our restocking fee is 15%. This covers inspection and re-inventory of the products. We will waive the restocking fee in the case of: Defective Items, Incorrectly Shipped Items, and Site Description Errors.
What will I do with “Non-Returnable” items?
Our Returns team will be happy to assist you with contacting the manufacturer, for both non-returnable items, and defective items.
Some of our members choose to sell “extra” items within their communities or within an online format.

What do I do if I don’t have a printer?
In most cases, you can take your smartphone to the Post Office or UPS store and they can scan the barcode provided to take advantage of the prepaid label.
We will be happy to provide you with the best contact information for any manufacturer or warranty issues.
Are my shipping costs refundable?
Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we will cover all return shipping costs unless out of our 30 day return policy.
What if my received item is not as described on your website?
Unfortunately, mistakes happen. If an item is listed incorrectly, we will accept the item as a return and the restocking fee will be waived. See our Terms of Service for more information.
Big Daddy Unlimited represents several manufacturers and ship from multiple warehouses. Therefore, your items may arrive in multiple packages, from multiple locations with different shipping dates.
Orders that contain serialized items ( i.e, pistols, rifles, shotgun, lowers) will not ship until we have your dealer's FFL. For NFA Class III items ( i.e, suppressors, SBR/SBS, destructive devices) we require an SOT as well. Instructions on how to send this information to us are included with every purchase in your order confirmation email.
In general, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process. Our business days are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 7 p.m. EST; Holidays, Saturday, and Sunday are not included. Some orders may also be delayed depending on carriers. We assure you, we are doing all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
